Scheduling and Contact Information
Requests for photography appointments should be submitted via tours.topflightmediallc.com/order or by email to
[email protected] with as much detail as possible including property address, approximate size, and any special interior or exterior features. We will reply back within 24 hours to verify the date, time and location of the session. Next day orders are difficult to schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Cancellation, No-Show, Unprepared House, and Inclement Weather Policy
If cancelation or re-scheduling is necessary, please notify the Photographer more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Any session cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment is subject to a $50 charge. If the Client or Brokerage representative arrives to a session more than 20 minutes late such that the Photographer cannot safely enter the property on time, or if the property is entirely unready for the shoot, the session will be considered cancelled and will be billed at full price. (In cases where the Photographer has been granted access to the property via lock box, the Client is not expected to arrive.) If we have to return for a reshoot due to unready conditions, a $50 fee will be added to the final invoice. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling. Payments made for a cancelled session will not apply toward future sessions.
In the event of inclement whether preventing photography / videography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time.
Travel
We are happy to provide photography services for properties located outside of our normal service area. A travel fee may be charged for properties located outside our service area.
At the Session
The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the session to approve the Photographers interpretation on of the project. If a Client or Brokerage representative is not present, the Photographers interpretation on shall be deemed acceptable. Your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to capture. Absent your input, the Photographer will use his / her best judgment and experience to decide how best to capture the property.
All properties will be shot As Is. The Photographer will adjust the placement of a small number of objects if necessary. This does not include tasks such as making beds, arranging furniture, removing clutter, or cleaning. Agents are expected to have the staging and cleaning of the property completed prior to the Photographers arrival. Unless the Photographer is granted access via lock box, we ask that you please arrive before the scheduled appointment time to turn on all interior and exterior lights, open all window coverings, hide all interior and exterior trash cans, and remove other clutter.
After the Session
Once the photos / videos have been captured, the Photographer will perform digital retouching to create finished content. The Photographer will supply an invoice with all fees detailed, delivered to the Client via email. The invoice may be paid online with a major credit card. Once payment has been made, the Photographer will deliver finished images to the Client as a digital download. If video has been ordered, the Photographer will deliver a link to an evaluation version of the branded video to the Client. The Client may request changes at that time. Once any necessary changes have been made, the Photographer will deliver a final version of the video. Turnaround time after the evaluation version has been delivered depends on the changes requested. Typically, final videos are delivered 2-3 business days after the evaluation version.
Though we cannot guarantee photos / video will be delivered during business hours, we make every effort to deliver them as soon as possible.
Delivery will be via an email link to the email address(es) you supply when booking the appointment. All images will be delivered in original quality" & "MLS files". Video content will meet a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Once photos have been taken or video has been captured, service is considered rendered. The Client is responsible to pay the full session fee, regardless of how quickly the house becomes under contract.
The Clients satisfaction is important to the Photographer. Please download the photos / video, inspect them, and notify the Photographer of any problems within 1 day of delivery. If the Client has not notified Photographer of any problems within 1 day after the content have been delivered, the photos will be considered satisfactory to the Client.
Rights and Usage
Ownership of the photos and videos remains with the Photographer.
All photos and videos produced for an Agent or Broker [Client] may be used by the Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with selling the property and for the Clients self- promotion. The photos and videos may also be used by the Clients parent company for the purpose of marketing for sale the specific property captured as photos / video. License is granted only to the Client and Clients parent company, and not to any third party. The license may not be sub-licensed and is non- transferrable. Any usage of the images or videos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, or designers or usage to promote the property for rent is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the Photographer.
The Client may share the photo / video content with the buyers or sellers, provided those parties understand that the content is licensed to them only for personal enjoyment, not for any commercial use, paid or unpaid.
If the property sells and is subsequently put on the market, or if the property does not sell and another agent is hired to try to sell the property, the Photographer may choose to license the photos / videos to the new agent. Raw media will be stored for one year after final media is delivered. Deliverable media such as jpeg files and final .mov video files will be stored indefinitely. We are not responsible for loss of media due to hard drive failure or other failures out of our control.
